Wild Hearts Kids Yoga

Wild Hearts Kids Yoga Yoga classes for kids aged 3-12 years. Playful and fun yoga and mindfulness classes that promote physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Each class will cover breathing exercises, warm ups, yoga shapes, games, relaxation and closing circle. Benefits of yoga for kids:

About me:
I am a local Greenwood mum with two daughters aged 2 and 4. I completed Children’s Yoga Teacher Training in December 2021. I cant wait to share Yoga with your children and make a difference in little lives, one breath at a time.
