Do our bath salts reduce pain?

This is a question that fills our DMs on a regular basis, do our salts help with pain?

Our mixes contain many ingredients with healing properties but one of these is Himalayan Salt.

This is a pretty magical ingredient, bathing in Himalayan salt for just 10 mins can reduce fatigue, stress and pain and increase feeling of contentment and emotional health.

One of the properties found in Himalayan salt is magnesium which can improve the soreness in muscles.
