Hi fam! Wow, it’s been a while. Firstly I want to apologise for my abrupt stop in working as a personal trainer. After Covid hit me a second time, it really took a toll on my mental and physical. I absolutely loved working as a PT full time, but found for myself I wasn’t able to manage my own health and mental health whilst focusing fully on others. Don’t get me wrong, I love helping people so much. But my lack of balance and ability to focus on myself left me in a place where I didn’t feel I could fully commit to helping you guys to the standard I wanted to achieve. During this break I have worked on both my mental and physical health, re-found my passion for dance and starting studying health sciences at Curtin. I really feel like I’ve found the things that I need to keep me and my soul happy. With this new found energy and vibrancy, I want to continue being able to help people achieve balance and vitality through fitness and nutrition. So with that, I will now resume offering online training, programming and nutrition advice. I will be launching this in about a week, as I have found a new system, software and mentally that I am currently refining. I absolutely love helping you achieve your health and wellness goals, and offering online services is a way for me to still be able to look after myself and manage my other commitments, so that the service I do provide is the best I can be.
