**A Meditation for Getting Unstuck**
This meditation starts with a mindful grounding practice before moving into a guided visualisation.
The visualisation introduces a strategy to help you get unstuck from sticky, unhelpful thoughts or beliefs. The practice draws on techniques from traditional mindfulness and an aspect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) called cognitive defusion.
