Never compare your first step with someone's ' Highlight Reel'

Perfection is the killer of dreams, just make a start, every day do a bit more. It's all very easy when we are motivated and inspired, but when that fades away we are left with the mental chatter, the external noise ...ignore it all and keep going anyway. Remember your 'why'. Don't quit, remember why your started. Don't start something you wanted to quit, remember your why's the truth not a delusion. DISAPLIN

Be raw, be real, believe and trust in yourself, because if you don't, how do you expect anyone else to?
Keep showing up. There are no mistakes just lessons. You fall down...get up! Know when to rest, take space, be quiet, breathe, meditate. Then go again...
Wiser , stronger.
Keep laughter on top of your 'to do list'...with laughter, kindness, gratitude and appreciation your journey, it will be easier...leave wherever you go brighter
Remember:

MASTERY is formed with Repetition,Disaplin, Focus,Consistency ...

So make a start. On the goal, the dream, the best version of yourself. Kick that habit, get that job, create your life, stop the excuses of tomorrow...I believe in you . You are not the version of you yesterday, and today you can do and become closer to whoever and whatever you wish. You don't have to announce this to the world as the world will create resistance and noise. Just to yourself . Make an intension , make it your own business no one else's and just keep going.
