We can help! Our experienced team led by yoga therapist Charley Hickey C-IAYT specialise in:

Our friendly classes are open level and gently paced with an emphasis on breathing and awareness. We run in terms but you can join partway through if space permits. If you think you are too old, too stiff or out of shape to do yoga then you have come to the right place. This type of yoga class is fantastic for those that might suffer from old injuries, back or neck problems and have been unable to participate in more vigorous movement classes. Need a little “ME time” before the year comes to an end? 🌿

Our End of Year Evening Retreat is the perfect opportunity to slow down, hit pause and give yourself the rest you’ve been craving.

You’ll begin the evening with a gentle yoga session to ease out any built-up tension.

Following that is a comforting meditation practice to help you reconnect with yourself and find that inner calm.

Then, indulge in some chai and cake… because who says you can’t treat yourself while finding your zen? 🍰

To top it all off, let yourself melt into pure relaxation with a dreamy sound bath, led by the talented Heather Robbins. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you drift into deep relaxation.

Every term, I notice the same thing: I learn as much from my students as they do from me.

They remind me what patience looks like.

They remind me how humour makes the hard bits lighter.

They remind me that progress isn’t about the “perfect” pose, but about showing up in real bodies, with real challenges and moving anyway.

It’s a gift I get to receive again and again - and one I carry into my own practice, too.

Thank you, always, for teaching me as much as I hope I teach you.

A brand new term starts 13 October - which means more lessons, more laughter and more chances to learn together.

When it comes to bone health, we hear a lot of worries and “rules” that simply aren’t true ❌

The problem is, those myths can hold people back from moving at all and that’s the very thing our bones need.

Movement, done safely and with awareness, helps:

Pelvic Floor, Core & Hips - Why do they matter so much? ⤵️

Ever been told you need to “strengthen your core”… but no one actually explains how?
Or maybe you’ve heard of the pelvic floor, but aren’t even quite sure where it is - let alone what to do with it.

You’re not alone. These areas of the body are some of the most talked about and most misunderstood.

Your hips, core and pelvic floor aren’t isolated parts - They’re a team! When they work together, they support your posture, balance, breathing and everyday movements.

When they’re out of sync, you might feel stiffness, leaks, back pain or just a sense of weakness you can’t quite pin down.

That’s why awareness is just as important as strength. And awareness is something we can all build.

Why do I wake up at 3am? 😭 If you’ve ever found yourself wide awake at 3am, staring at the ceiling and wondering why your body won’t let you rest, you’re not alone.

This early morning wake up is one of the most common patterns of insomnia. Sometimes it’s linked to stress or worry. Other times it can be changes in hormones, digestion, pain or your body’s natural sleep cycles becoming lighter with age.

Whatever the cause, the frustration is real. Your body feels tired, but your mind is buzzing. You toss, you turn and the more you try to sleep, the further away it feels 🤪

Here’s the good news: yoga can help.

Gentle movement, calming breathwork and restorative practices give your nervous system the nudge it needs to switch from “alert” mode back into “rest” mode. Over time, these tools not only help in the moment but they can also support better sleep patterns overall.

That’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in our upcoming Yoga for Sleep Workshop:
