🍷💧 End-of-Year Pilates Fun! 🧘‍♀️✨

To wrap up 2025 with a laugh and a little extra challenge, our team took part in a Pilates class run by our talented Senior Physiotherapist Laura featuring the ultimate festive prop… water in a wine glass!

The goal? Keep the glass steady while moving through Pilates exercises.
The result? Lots of wobbling, plenty of giggles, and a whole lot of teamwork as we tested our balance and control.

Such a fun way to finish the year and squeeze in a bit of movement together!
Big thanks to Laura for creating such a creative and entertaining session. 🙌 Well done Asha for becoming the reigning champ!!
