Empowera Support Coordination is looking to employ a Support Coordinator
Part time or Full-time role
Empowera Support Coordination is a NDIS registered Disability Service provider which offers all levels of Support Coordination to NDIS participants with our head office based in Osborne Park WA.
Support coordination experience preferred but not essential as training will be offered for the right candidate.
Hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Community Services, Social Work or Allied Health
You will be working with NDIS participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plan and providing ongoing support coordination services to customers in line with their NDIS plan
You will need a current Working with Children Check, NDIS Online Orientation Module, NDIS Clearance, and Valid Visa or Australian or New Zealand citizenship.
