Sacred Yin and Sound

I am beyond excited to announce that Colleen and I will be hosting monthly Yin Yoga and Sound sessions for you all 🙏

A space to release.
A space to reconnect.
A space to remember.

Guided by two, heart-led souls with a divine synergy and passion for holding sacred space. You will be held, you will be nurtured, you will be guided home to yourself.

A layered experience where Kelly will take you on a journey through physical poses, supported by your breath and props—inviting you to soften, let go and create space within. Deepened by the soothing sounds of Colleen intuitively playing gongs, crystal bowls and sacred instruments to fully immerse you in a cocoon of unconditional love.

Held on the last Thursday of the month at Inspiration Space in Inglewood, a place to be. We welcome you to surrender into stillness and remember the sacredness of your being.

guided us through a powerful smoking ceremony on Sunday for Reignite Your Spirit — honouring the wisdom of culture, the ritual of ceremony, and the sacredness of each soul’s path.

A heartfelt thank you to Ash for holding us through the fire, and to everyone who joined us to Reignite.

Hi, I’m founder of .retreat and it’s an honour to have you here 🙏

My intention with creating this space was for you to have somewhere where you could be yourself, to simply be without wearing any masks, to remember who you really are.

A space for reconnection, by sharing rituals and practices that have helped guide me home on my journey.

Where you feel safe, supported and held for you to fully surrender and let go to experience the magic that lies within.

Sacred, deep, heart-felt.

Connecting soul to soul, to honour yourself and each other.

Honestly, I am still pinching myself—the sacred space created for Reignite Your Spirit on Sunday was ineffable, felt through experience and indescribable through words.

It made me emotional, bringing me to tears multiple times, to hold space and witness the transformation, the healing, the unfolding—it is my highest honour and greatest privilege.

I am on my journey too—always growing, evolving, surrendering, letting go and allowing the healing to unfold naturally as the universe intended. I value the safety and sacredness of the spaces that are held for me and I take very seriously the duty of service in holding a sacred space for you.

I am here to be of service.
I am here to share my gifts.
I am here to hold sacred space.

I sometimes think who am I to be doing this work? Then I drop out of my mind and remember I am here for this very reason—because who am I not to?

We are all here for a reason, in this moment, this lifetime, powerful forces beyond our conception are converging for the highest good. It is our duty to live fully, to share our gifts with the world and to lead with our hearts, our soul, with Spirit.

You hold the power of the flames of transmutation, an alchemist lies inside, ready to transform.

Can you feel it?

You might fear the fire, afraid it may burn, maybe you’ve been burnt before, but there is nothing to fear, the fire clears, it cleanses, it ignites.

Trust me, the fire in you, it blazes with creativity, purpose, and passion.

We are all made up of all of the elements, with a unique constitution some have more fire than others, but we all have some fire in us—let yourself feel it, let it light your path and fill your heart.

Sitting with a heart full of appreciation 🤍

It takes courage to meet yourself, your true self, and the courageous souls who journeyed into the fire to Reignite on Sunday are inspiring.

We cleansed, we cried, we opened our hearts, we moved our bodies, we sat in stillness, we got comfortable with the uncomfortable, we fueled the fire, we raised our vibrations, we remembered who we are…

I know how important sacred spaces are, I do not take this work lightly. I am incredibly honoured to hold space for you and help guide you on your journey.

Reignite Your Spirit has reignited me too, it has deepened the fire in me, and I am grounded in my knowing of who I am and both my privilege and duty to serve.

If you crave depth, if you crave sacredness, if you crave truth — this is the space for you.

A gentle remembrance of all that you are.
