Lindsay has a journey of her own and opened this safe space for people to enjoy her self-care rituals in the comfort of her home studio. Lindsay has a kind and nurturing soul that really integrates with all of her treatments. Her hands are of a healing nature & your best interests are at heart. Lindsay sees only 3-5 clients daily to maintain & ensure everyone has their own experience personalised with beautiful offerings of Reiki, various Massage treatments, Facials & Aromatherapy techniques are incorporated in all of our treatments. At a time where life is at such a busy pace, Lindsay will delve deep to ensure you will float out of the studio feel at peace & in complete relaxation. All massages offered are non-sexual & strictly professional. Please note that BOOKINGS are required, Ahyoka Wellness is NOT a walk-in studio.

One client enjoyed our Cocoon Wellness Sauna … The Pod provides a host of health benefits, including improved circulation, detoxification, weight loss, pain relief, and skin purification. It is a great way to increase perspiration, which helps remove toxins and impurities from the body.

About last night …
Our Wednesday Meditation & Sound Healing evening was beautiful.

We came together to embrace the stillness of the evening.

Starting with Yoga Nidra to relax the mind & ground the body, then to embrace crystal singing bowls as well as other instruments.
By triggering the parasympathetic nervous system, these sessions lower cortisol, improve sleep, and boost emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

These are small intimate classes & everyone is welcome.

on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck & shoulders.
Starting with massaging the shoulders, décolletage, neck & face.

Then working through the hair & head - with different techniques to
relieve the tender spots. Great for relieving unwanted tension and a
great way to relieve headaches, sinus & allergy congestion.

A beautiful combination of two treatments. We start with our Aromatherapy Facial. A gentle aromatherapy facial will improve micro-circulation of blood flow to the skin which brings a healthy, youthful glow & assists in the elimination of toxins.
This ritual includes cleansing, exfoliation & mud mask. Using warm towels throughout the process. Then we move into the Indian Head Massage relaxing the shoulders & neck, relieving the face & head of any unwanted tension from sinus, headaches & neck pain.
