🎉 SCHOOL HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES – MENTORING BROTHERS PARTICIPANTS

We’re getting out and about these holidays — and you’re invited!
Here’s what we’ve got lined up:

🏀 BASKETBALL SHOOT AROUND
Come run the court, shoot some hoops and hang out with the crew.

When: Thursday, 17 July 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Arena Joondalup – Indoor Court 7, Kennedya Dr, Joondalup
Cost: Free for Mentoring Brothers participants
Just bring your sneakers!

🚙 OFF-ROAD 4WD ADVENTURE
We're heading bush for a full day of off-road action — from coastal trails to the Avon Valley!

When: Friday, 18 July 2025
Pickup: 9:00 AM Drop-off: 5:00 PM
Where: Wilbinga and Avon Valley (lunch stop at Bindoon Bakery)
Seats: Only 12 spots available
Cost: Free for Mentoring Brothers participants

We’re locking in another exciting group activity — and this one’s all about laser tag, team vibes, and non-stop fun at Lazer Blaze! 🔫🎉

✨ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻:
🗓️ When: Monday, 30th June 2025
⏰ Time: Arrive at 5:00 PM (games start shortly after)
📍 Where: Lazer Blaze Malaga
💰 Cost: $15.00 for participants of Mentoring Brothers

👟 Just a heads up: All players will need to wear sneakers or runners to join in the fun.

• 2 action-packed laser tag games
• Pizza, soft drinks, and water included
• Time to chill with the crew after the games at our reserved party tables

We’re back with another epic group activity – and this time, we’re diving into the darker side of Fremantle’s history... 🕯️👻

✨ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻:

🗓️ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻: Wednesday, 28th May 2025
⏰ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Meet at 6:00 PM (Finishing around 8:00 PM)
📍 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Fremantle Prison
💰 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: $10.00 for participants of Mentoring Brothers

• A spooky, after-dark tour of Fremantle’s most infamous prison – torches provided
• Chilling tales of loneliness, injustice, and executions gone wrong
• A walk through the shadows, guided by storytellers who truly know their stuff

Hey everyone! 👋

Mentoring Brothers is heading out for our April group activity—and we’d love for you to join us at Perth Motorplex!

📅 When: Wednesday night, 30th April
🕠 Meet time: 5:30pm
🏁 Event finishes: Around 9:00pm
🚗 What’s on: Ford vs Holden showdown, followed by 30 minutes of burnouts!
📍 Where: Perth Motorplex – Cnr Rockingham Rd & Anketell Rd, Kwinana Beach
🎟 Tickets will be available via the Motorplex website from 17th April.

Please note: if the weather isn’t favourable, the host may cancel or reschedule. You’ll be able to request a refund if you choose not to attend the new date.

Great day by the water! 🎣

A big thank you to everyone who joined our fishing group activity!

It was a great day filled with fresh air, good laughs, and plenty of fun on the beach. Always a great time getting together and making the most of the outdoors!

Hi All - Due to unfavourable winds we have slightly changed the location of our Fishing Activity tonight to North of Hillary’s. Please see photos for reference of where to park. When you arrive please tell a Hi Vis worker that you’re here for the “fishing activity” and they’ll open up the cones for you to park.

Hey everyone! 👋

Following the success of our Sunset & Night Hike, we're keeping the momentum going with our next group activity for March! Join us for Mentoring Brothers Fishing Night at Sorrento Beach. 🎣🌊

Here’s the plan:
When: Saturday, 15th March, 5:00 – 7:30 PM
Where: Sorrento Beach

What to Bring:
• Flick rod or Surf casting rod
• Fold-out chair

What’s Provided:
• Sausage sizzle
• Water
• (Need a fishing rod? Let us know!)

Come along for a fun and relaxing evening by the beach as we swap our hiking boots for fishing rods, enjoy great food, and share some laughs together.
