Shadow work can be incredibly confronting, yet it's crucial for growth. Your shadow holds the key to your light. During chaotic times, like eclipse season, our shadows are often exposed before we're ready. However, I've found that doing shadow work during these moments can be incredibly powerful. You're forced to be raw and honest with yourself, no longer willing to play games or settle for mediocrity. Shadow work can seem like a big undertaking, and its a lifelong journey, but it IS achievable. The more you do it, the easier it gets. The lessons you learn from your shadows will give you the key to your light, and it's in the darkness that your light shines brightest. You can do this.

SPRING CLEAN MORE THAN JUST YOUR HOME

The tradition of spring cleaning spans many cultures, some sport superstition to clean the home in preparation for a religious holiday. Outside of the context of a religious experience cleaning the home is always a good practice. A clean organised space does wonders for your mine and you ability to create within the home. But you cam spring clean more than you home. Spring is the time for growth and abundance, but flowers can't grow where there is already weeds. Take some time to look at yourself and you life and decide what isn't working for you, now the time to clear it out. Remove habits, and triggers that's stop you from growing bigger and better.

Eudaimonia: happiness as fulfilment. We each strive for happiness every day, but have you ever really stopped to figure out what it truly means to you?

Joined up with this week to offer a beautiful session for Dementia Australia's Memory Lane Cafe in Bibra Lake. This session was an incredible mix of kinesiology, sound and vibration and a guided journey. Such a blessing to be a part of this beautiful support system.

Today's Journal prompt: Did your parents do a good job?

I pulled this card for a journal prompt for the Collective and I am once again (as always) in awe of how source shows me that my online collective and my in person collective are ALWAYS on the same frequency. I have had SO MANY conversations lately about our parents, how they have raised us, it always starts with the trauma and the conditioning, but then turns into an objective view on how they did with the resources they had. How they loved you with their own trauma and conditioning, did they do their best with the support network they had? I have watched parents strive to grow better support networks for their children and grandchild BECAUSE they lacked it when raising their own. Now I'd like you to look at your own experience as a child. You can acknowledge all the trauma and fears they installed in you, their short comings and flaws, but once your done, besure to look at their successes, their acts of love that just screamed pure, look at their circumstances now that you've grown up, how would you expect a friends to act in those same situations. We often come out of it with more love and understanding for our parents. Below tag a parent and share your most prominent memory of their purest love.
