DAY ONE - Inversion Fundamentals

Saturday, 8th Feb | 1pm - 3.30pm

This class is all about building strength, confidence and setting a strong foundation to feel secure during inversions.

DAY TWO – Handstand (Hastasana) workshop

Sunday, 9th Feb | 1pm - 3.30pm

This workshop is aimed at building your handstand practice focusing on key foundational principles. In this workshop we will be working towards some of the more complex application of handstand in your yoga practice.

Bring an open mind and playful heart! We recommend an early breakfast or a light lunch on the day!

Beginners are welcome! 🤗
Exchange: $110 for the weekend or $65 for single workshop.
