As I sit here on the floor of my office, I reflect that this is my last group of the year. What started as a dream has grown into my reality. The card I received was one that says "you won't know if it is for you unless you try" and here I am trying and pivoting and turning and retrying changing my life beautifully and tragically at the same time.
It has not been the easiest year, but it's the most growth I've done in a long time. Sometimes, it's easy to get stuck in the easy, and it takes courage to dare, but when you do, it is so worth it. If I had the chance to change anything, I wouldn't change a thing

I would love to see you at this event. So grateful for Jackie from for inviting me to present.
Over 2 hours I will be talking about how I create space to address Shame. I will inviting the audience to work within themselves to challenge their current views of men's counselling in order to start creating change around the current unhealthy narratives around do.estic violence and toxic masculinity.
My goal is to have you by the end of this seminar walking away with a better understanding of working with men

So grateful for the opportunity today to speak to everyone that attended the rally. Being able to stand up and speak out about the program and how we can implement change for future generations is taking another step forward, in a system that is needing change. Darkness does not drive out darkness but lightness does. Hate does not drive out hate but love does.
