To start a Session we do a little mediation which only goes for a couple of minutes and is lovely and relaxing, something for ourselves, a few minutes of relaxation! Meditation is something to do which can enrich our lives by allowing our minds to relax, this only needs to be for a few moments a day, it’s not about clearing our minds completely, but allowing to puts daily thoughts aside, I run a guided meditation group, which allows this few moments in a uplifting group atmosphere.
