To start a Session we do a little mediation which only goes for a couple of minutes and is lovely and relaxing, something for ourselves, a few minutes of relaxation! Meditation is something to do which can enrich our lives by allowing our minds to relax, this only needs to be for a few moments a day, it’s not about clearing our minds completely, but allowing to puts daily thoughts aside, I run a guided meditation group, which allows this few moments in a uplifting group atmosphere. Come and reflect, be calm and energetically nourished with a beautiful guided meditation to sense where you are at in this point of your journey and is it time to move forward or cherish where you are. Be nourished with the sound of 7 crystal bowls and my gong which has a connecting and uplifting resonance. I did my Diploma of sound and vibration with Echoes in Canningvale, quite some years ago now and simply love what the benefits to self they bring xox
