Knowing the difference can help you move better, perform better, and reduce your risk of injury.

✅ Mobility = Your ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion.
👉 Think of being able to squat deep with control or lift your leg high without assistance.

✅ Flexibility = Your muscles’ ability to lengthen when stretched.
👉 Think of reaching for your toes or holding a deep hamstring stretch.

🔑 Why does this matter?
Good mobility helps you move efficiently in sports and daily lif while ood flexibility helps prevent muscle tightness and strain.

You need BOTH to reduce injury risk and move optimally!
