Founded in 1982, Concept Fertility Centre offers the most comprehensive range of fertility services

Concept Fertility has been at the forefront of Assisted Reproductive Technology since its inception. It relocated to King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women, in Subiaco, Western Australia in 1987 and moved into our new purpose built facility on Nicholson Rd in Subiaco in late 2009. Our consultant gynaecologists are all experienced in the specialist treatment of infertility. The scientists have had over 40 years of experience in the fields of semenology, embryology, biochemistry and early foetal development. Concept is committed to the pursuit of excellence in all of our services, and to help achieve this goal we are;

We’re buzzing with excitement to introduce the newest addition to the Concept family – Women’s Health Nurse, Sexologist, and Menopause Coach, Tarsh Wilson!

As a s*xologist and women’s health nurse specialising in gynaecology, Tarsh brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and genuine passion to her work. With her warm and caring approach, she creates a safe and comfortable space where women can openly discuss their s*xual and health concerns.

Tarsh will be available for meet and greet phone appointments from December onwards, with face-to-face sessions available from 16 January.

We’re fortunate to have two of WA’s top fertility specialists on our team leading the science, Dr Sebastian Leathersich and Dr Melanie Walls.

🩺Dr Leathersich is a highly respected Specialist Gynaecologist and Certified Specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI), a qualification held by only two other practising doctors in WA.

He brings world-class, evidence-based care to individuals and couples, with a special focus on:

🧬Our Scientific Director Dr Melanie Walls is a highly skilled Embryologist and Scientific Director with nearly 20 years of IVF experience in WA. She is one of only two people in the state to hold a PhD focused on Oocyte (Egg) maturation and development.

She also holds key roles across the fertility field, including Adjunct Senior Lecturer at UWA and member of the WA Health PGT Committee.
