But what are “shadows”?
In my own experience doing past life regression therapy to hundred of clients in the last 15 years, I can tell shadows are not dark or negative parts. Not even things that can be recognized in your daily life since these are patterns that lives in your subconscious mind.
Once you explore the subconsciousness, you will find these "programmings" as frozen strengths / survival strategies that were misunderstood, inherited, or shaped by pain in past lives or within our family tree.
Psychologically, a shadow transforms when we restore context. When we bring awareness, compassion and nervous system safety, the frozen pattern softens, and the hidden gifts activate!
For example, “fear of authority” can appear as weakness in your present life experience. But when we open the Records, we may discover something deeper...
Maybe that fear carries the memory of a great-grandmother who lived through dictatorship and migration. A woman who had to leave Franco’s Spain as a child, cross the ocean, lose her identity, and rebuild herself in Argentina 😊. She had to become strict. She had to harden boundaries. She had to survive in uncertainty.
What later looks like “authority is unfair” may have once been “authority must be strong to protect.”
In this case, the gift is a brave femine energy, with the courage to move countries. To reinvent identity. To hold boundaries and to survive the unknown.
