So i had to share!

I'm really excited!

So..... I know it can be really difficult to get the results we want, even with clean food and exercise, ESPECIALLY AT CERTAIN TIMES OF YOUR LIFE.

I have this wonderful client called Susan.... she had really been trying but she's been under an immense amount of emotional stress for a few years, her whole family's lives were flipped upside down by a tragedy....

What choices have you made today?

We all do our best, always...

Sometimes our best is INCREDIBLE, at other times, it is downright SHAMEFUL! 😪🤣⁉️

We know who we want to be, but just seem to allow those old habits or the habits we don't want in our lives, back in.

I teach my clients about the concept of an Automatic Pilot, which is set in our Subconscious Mind, from your experience in life.

This could be from your upbringing or just things you brought into your life consciously or by accident.

Sometimes we begin having fun by drinking with friends and next thing you know, you are an alcoholic, or your drink to oblivion when you do.

The issue with the Auto Pilot is that any time you make a different choice, your mind and body will feel like there is something wrong, and you'll find yourself moving back into the bad habits and behaviours!
