For me, yoga has ben a journey of discovery that never ends. Yoga gives me strength not only from the physical effects, but from the inside out; penetrating through all the layers of the body and mind. Yoga gives me the ability to let go and go deeper when situations arrive in life that become challenging. A regular yoga practice can bring space and stillness that enables you to deta

tch from these events. Join me in learning to release these pressures of life and find peace and love from within and to share it. Twisting Fish, 19 Avion Way, Claremont, 6010.
