This is what it’s all about. There’re some things that money can’t buy and the experience of going for a dive and hanging out with great guys or gals is one of them. Here we are having a bit of fun on the way out on a glorious morning with pink sky and glassy conditions. Then when we got in the water we were greeted with great viz, lots of fish and a few very friendly sharks. Pure adventure!

Well it’s been a very indulgent Xmas and New Years and now it’s time to get serious about training again. Love picking up the kettlebells and getting into it in my backyard with some squat to overhead press and single arm rows plus threw in some pushups.

FRONT SQUAT’S KING!

My favourite squat is the front squat because I feel it has a higher carryover to most things you do in life.

That’s why it’s my go to squat and I include it in my online functional exercise programs.

AVOID THAT ANNOYING NECK STRAIN!

It’s very easy to strain the small muscles around your neck and shoulders and it can really put a damper on your training or time in the water when you do.

You can help to avoid this by doing a few simple head movements before and during exercise.
