Soooo...my beloved and I decided to do 'no meat May' this month. I've had these black beans in my pantry for months waiting for me to figure out a plan. Today I did! 🙌
Cheated a little bit by using store bought taco seasoning BUT a gal's gotta do whatever works with the juggle of lyfe.

Another passion of mine is the town team work I do 🥰 its all about supporting people in whatever stage of life they're in. Creating connection with different activities and place making....today is going to be fab! 🎨🖌👩‍🎨 I put stick figures to shame but thankfully will come up with a mural even I can be part of creating 🤞🤣. Overwhelm is something I don't feel alot but when I do. Walking away from my 📱💻 taking a natural Cortisol regulator and having a cuppa on the deck helps. Looking at the 🦅 and 🍃 is proven to support your mental health. Give it a shot if you're ever feeling 🤯. You're welcome 😊.
