Body brushing 🥰 get amongst it!

Dry Body Brushing 🌟

A simple practice to add to your daily self-care routine that has so many benefits. Some of them being:

💫 Removes dead skin cells
💫 Softens skin
💫 Improves circulation
💫 Aids lymphatic drainage
💫 Supports detoxification
💫 Reduces cellulite

This is a part of my morning self care practice that I’ve followed since my 20’s. It only takes 2 minutes and within a couple of weeks you can see the positive results plus it’s a great morning wake up to add to your routine.

Our bodies can become overloaded with toxins and they’re constantly detoxing. Our lymphatic system is activated by movement and the fluid moves throughout our body delivering nutrients and eliminating waste. Dry brushing aids this process and is also invigorating.

We all deserve to give our body a daily regime of skin brushing along with keeping hydrated, eating healthily and enjoying fresh air and exercise for the feel good factor of optimal wellness 💗
