We’re building a community where support flows freely—from one mom to another. 🌿

When you receive love, care, and a helping hand, you’re empowered to pass it on.

Together, we’re creating happier beginnings, stronger families, and a future where support is the norm—not the exception. 💞

Let’s lift each other up. One mama at a time.

Moments in our garden ✨

Last year we bought our first home. A neat little 1970s house on only 800 square metres with big dreams for creating an urban homestead.

In 2022 we laid the foundations for this years projects, planning out our dream set up. We found affordable, eco-friendly raised garden beds, set up our coop and rabbit pen and planted many young fruit trees (banana, apple, peach, avocado, fig, passionfruit and almond).

We plan on being mostly self sufficient and outsourcing what we can't get from home through local regenerative farmers and fishers.

We have started a small population of quails for eggs and meat and we will be getting chickens and ducks for larger eggs

We plan on having a small aquaponics set up with trout and marron and growing veggies in the closed loop system

Half of our backyard grass area will be converted into veggie garden using garden beds and wire fencing to maximise our growing space

Our front yard will become a waterwise, frog, insect, bird and bee friendly space with native plants and ground cover instead of grass

During the rainy seasons we hope to collect and store in a rain water tank for the dry seasons, also reducing our fresh water usage (and bills)

The majority of our home is powered with our solar panels and eventually, we will convert our gas appliances to electrical to reduce our environmental impact.

We want to be closer to our food and honour what goes on to our plates. We want to reduce our chain of supply to 0 (from us) or 1 (shopping direct from local farmers). We want to reduce our footprint and connect with nature and our food.

I'll be sharing more about our journey here and there as we go, so if you're interested, feel free to follow along!

If you have any wisdom you'd like to share with us, we are all ears! This is completely new knowledge, trial and error for us 💓

Also, the last photo of Sunny and Radagast going on an adventure together warms my heart 😍 they're good pals!

My first event of the year is here 🙌

Expand your community in 2023 by joining a circle of women for a morning by the sea

Feel free to share! Bring your gals along for a morning in the company of incredible women 🥰

We will be getting in that beautiful morning vitamin D ☀️ while practicing a guided meditation to the sound of the ocean 🌊

Then we will do some mindful intention setting for the new year (focus on intention - not "goals") - What do you need to start implementing now to reach your highest potential and most content self this year? This will accompany some time to share your intentions with the women around you ❤️

Then it's time for a swim! Jetty jumping, swimming, having fun and being kids again 🏵️

After our swim I'll be providing some yummy home made snacks to nourish our bodies as we enter the day 🌅

$15 per person - DM me for details

🧚‍♀️ This lil fairy is taking a break 🧚‍♀️

Over the last year I have seen so much growth in my work as a Doula

I have witnessed many beautiful births and supported the most incredible women and families 🥰

But I'm pretty pooped! I took on a lot over the last 12 months. Whilst taking in clients I have also been finishing my nursing degree full time, completing my doula training as well as working another job part time. I definitely took on a lot more than I should have and I've burnt myself out (silly me 😅)

I've got less than 6 months left until I graduate as an RN! And for now, my focus needs to be on that 💗

Alex and I have big plans for our future after I finish my degree and as much as I wish I could continue to support birth, I know I wouldn't have the energy to put my entire heart and soul into the work, giving women the support they deserve 💕

So for now my website has been disabled

But I'll still be here 🌺 on this account, continuing to be an advocate for safe, connected, supported birth

I'll still have a few services available but I'll mostly be using this account for small batch creations, mini services and hire (birth pool, birth sling)

And I'll always be here for all of you incredible women to provide education where it's needed and most importantly uplift you all to see that you are all so capable, powerful and magical ✨

Xx Imogen

✨ Now Offering ✨

I am so excited to now be offering Mother Blessing ceremony facilitation as one of my services to you 🤍

This offering comes so deeply from my heart and my desire to help blossoming Mothers feel celebrated and nurtured as they enter Motherhood.

If you have been looking for a more Mother centred option to honour your journey on this rite of passage, this is the perfect space for you. It also makes a beautiful gift to a special blooming Mother in your life 🌸

I have worked hard to ensure these ceremonies are culturally safe and ensure all cultures are respected. Mothers are welcome and encouraged to include rituals and celebration from their own lineage!

DM me or view the webpage via the link in my bio (under services) to book organise your Mother Blessing ✨

If you will be birthing through WAs hospital system and you feel you would benefit from the support of two people during labour and birth, feel free to use this template as a guide to send to your hospital/team ❤️

🤰Pregnant women of WA! You deserve to have your chosen support persons with you in labour.

🤦‍♀️ Currently the government health directives state that you are only permitted one essential labour support person - which we all know is an absurd restriction to place on birthing women & their partners.

📢 Change does not happen if we are submissive and stay quiet. Consumers (Aka BIRTHING WOMEN) need to make noise.

💥 💥 💥

I’ve drafted an email template that you can use to email your hospital’s consumer liaison officer to request consideration for a second support person. ✍️

📧 THIS IS A FREE TEMPLATE - see Google doc link here 👇🏼

If you feel hurt, attacked, grief and fear, you are not alone.

This blog post does include discussion around abortion. If you do not have the energy to read or if this topic upsets you, please be mindful.

This blog post is available to read via my website and can be accessed via the link in my bio.

I created this blog post to provide some insight into how loss of abortion rights impact women, information about abortion access in Australia and ideas on how to help during this time. It also includes some of my own thoughts on the topic. I felt that I needed this outlet to get some of these feelings out. I am grieving this loss because it terrifies me.

I will always support women and their right to have control over their bodies. I will always respect a woman's right to choose when, if and how she becomes a mother.

I understand this is a touchy topic and not everyone will agree. I respect the various views on abortion, but please be considerate of how this news is impacting the women and families around you.

In my element ✨

A while back Alex snapped this photo of me while I was baking for a new mum. I had no idea he even took it until today.

We were in the depths of buying and moving into our first home together, I was so overwhelmed with life and I received an order from a friend who wanted to gift some food to a friend of hers.

I remember being in the kitchen that day and having all the stress of buying a home just melt away. Alex was there with me with Sunny sitting and watching us. We just chatted and he helped me stir the dough (I need to buy a kitchen aid - my lil arms get tired when Alex isn't around 😅).

The kitchen is truly the heart of our home. Now we have our own home with our own lil kitchen that I get to cook from.

Seeing this photo now made me so appreciative of the work I get to do. Creating magical, healing, delicious foods, meeting so many new faces and the baby snuggles along the way makes me feel so blessed.

If you have ordered from me in the past, thank you. You are helping me to live my dream 🌼🧚‍♀️💖

Meal Train Order UPDATE

Thank you all for being so patient with me while I move house. Alex and I have really needed this time to settle into our new home, paint, build furniture and keep up with our studies.

I'll be opening up orders again on the 7th of May once my exams have finished and I can put more energy into this service for you 🤍

Head to my stories to follow the countdown and be notified when orders open again!
