Amazing evening yesterday celebrating Happiness Co's 8th Birthday at our Appreciation Sundowner.

Bittersweet for me as I edge closer towards maternity leave. I'm so proud to be a part of this organisation and team and to have been given the opportunity to create and build our wellness leg over the last 3 years.

So much has been achieved in just 8 years with plenty of BIG THINGS TO COME!

Saturday morning saw us keep on movin’ to keep helping move mental mountains for the Barbarians 'Moving Mental Mountains' annual Stairathon fundraiser! 🏃‍♀️🏃

The Barbarians Annual Stair-a-Thon is back in 2025, bigger and better than ever!

IWD 2025 💜🤍

“Strong women don’t have ‘attitudes’, we have standards.” – Marilyn Monroe

It’s taken me until the end of last week and the weekend to reflect on IWD, the week of events celebrating and honouring women and what IWD and being a woman in this moment of time means to me.

Having the privilege to sit with so many women on behalf of and and listen to so many stories (while thinking of my own and others) the words courage, strength, resilience, bravery, hope, belief, determination, grit, perseverance, heart, love and drive all come to mind.

Every year the meaning of being a woman changes for me and this year it’s about ‘matresence’, the journey to motherhood and how incredibly amazing, beautiful and magical we women truly are 🦄💫

My biggest wish for all women is to surround yourselves with people - both women AND men - who support you, raise you and allow you to authentically shine, simply because of who they are.
