🌿More and more, I hear from people who are feeling the weight of stress, tangled in thoughts that seem impossible to quiet. You're not alone. I’ve found myself reaching into my own toolbox more often lately, and I know just how important it is to have practical, nurturing ways to return to calm.
🌿Over the past 30 years teaching yoga and meditation — and through the deeply insightful work of the past 15 years as a hypnotherapist — I’ve gathered simple, uplifting, and effective tools that soothe the nervous system and help realign us with the stillness that lies at our core. These are the practices we’ll explore together.
