Stop setting goals based on guilt or trends. Choose what matters to you, not what looks good on a vision board.
2️⃣ Have I made actual space for this goal in my routine and mindset?
We’re busy. If your goal doesn’t have time or structure, it won’t happen. Simple.
3️⃣ Do I believe I’m the kind of woman who can actually make this happen?
If the answer is “not really,” that’s the work.
Because no plan works without belief behind it.

Weight loss after 40 is a completely different conversation.
And this is why I’m so passionate about the work I do.
Once we hit our 40s, our bodies start changing in ways we were never prepared for. Hormonal shifts affect not just weight, but mood, energy, sleep, patience, motivation… everything.
I speak to women every day who say things like:
“I feel like I’m going crazy.”
“I’m angry all the time.”
“I don’t like anyone lately.”
“I don’t feel like myself.”
And then, on top of all that, they’re trying to follow a diet or plan that was designed for someone under 40.
Different hormones.
