Why does eating regularly on a packed schedule feel impossible? đ¤
Are your days are jam-packed with meetings, school runs, and deadlines? Even a 10-minute meal break can seem like a luxury, and skipping meals only leads you to energy crashes, sky-high cravings, and late-day overeating.
This is what you need to do:
- Get clear on how often you need to eat
- Work out meals and snacks which will be comfortable to consume with your limited time (aka what be comsumed on the go)
- Place things in your environment to help remind you to eat regularly
