We are currently looking for a Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary practice. Room rental negotiable depending on the requirement of the admin team. Room available all-day Monday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Internal referrals guaranteed – careplans, DVA, private referrals. Practice currently has 7 General Practitioners, 1 Psychologist, 1 Podiatrist, 1 Diabetic Educator and 1 Physiotherapist. Patient eligibility for a telehealth consultation

We’ve had a lot of questions regarding patients’ eligibility for a telehealth consult with our general practitioners. For Medicare to assign a rebate for Telehealth consultations, it is a requirement that you have been seen face to face in the Practice within 12 months. So if you have not been to the practice within 12 months you are not eligible for a telehealth consultation with our doctors and you will need to book a face to face consult instead. Dear Patients,

After lengthy and careful deliberation we have decided to privately bill new patients for their initial appointment commencing 11th May 2023. Please note 'new patients' are defined as never having visited our practice for an appointment as well as someone who has not had an appointment in three years (as defined by Healthengine). The steadily increasing rate in which we are booking new patients because we are a 'bulk-billing' practice is unsustainable.
