Hypnotherapy:
Hi, I'm Natasha, I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and strategic psychotherapist, having attained my Diploma of Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy Therapy in 2020 at the in Sydney, Australia. I work with people to help bridge the mind body connection to bring a greater sense of well-being in their life. I’ve been practicing in the health and wellne
ss field since 2009 and in that time, I've treated more than a 1000 people on their own unique paths of the journey of health and healing. I regularly gain more certification in pain management and mind based sciences in treating inflammatory conditions with a mentor in the health sector. Insomnia and immunity are areas that have had a big impact on her work as a remedial massage therapist and she finds that some conditions ask for more cognitive and mindfulness based treatments along with body therapies. I’ve have worked closely with organisations like Solariscare, Brightwater group, Rocky Bay and at various hospitals and clinical settings, helping people through very difficult periods in their life, such as cancer treatments, using my mind and body treatments. Some of the things that I teach in those settings in addition to hypnotherapy are mindfulness, breath work, and the science of mind-body connection, which is an area that I'm deeply passionate about and think we all need to know more about. Physical pain and other types of pain are of course a burden that makes us feel stuck and like we can’t move forward. With science-based mind therapies, and some of my physical therapies as well like reflexology and remedial massage, I’ve managed to help lift that burden and guide people to move forward in a really meaningful and long-lasting way. It makes me happy to see people smiling again, feeling light and unburdened. Massage :
I attained my Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the Challenger Institute of Technology, whilst studying a Diploma of Reflexology at AAOWT. The rigorous training a two year diploma involves includes sports massage, deep tissue massage, PNF, trigger point release, assessment technique, pregnancy and specialised oncology massage. My special interest is in manual lymph drainage massage, and assessment and treatment of chronic pain conditions. I have received many great testimonials from her clients over the past twelve years in regards to my abilities to relieve headaches, shoulder, neck tension and sinus problems, swelling and low immunity, mindfulness and breath work. I have worked for a year as a massage therapist with the Brightwater Care Group. Rocky Bay found me embracing working with people challenged by conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, acquired brain injury and Parkinson’s Disease.
