mocha overnight weetbix!
prep this high-protein, grab-and-go breakfast the night before for a stress-free morning.
base:
2 weetbix
1 tbsp nuut plant-based protein powder
espresso shot (30-40ml)
80ml almond milk
middle:
160g vanilla yoghurt (we love coconut!)
topping:
cacao and strawberries
method:
1. combine the ingredients for each layer in a container.
2. stack the base, then the yoghurt.
3. top with a sprinkle of cacao powder and fresh strawberries.
4. chill overnight or for a few hours to set.
