Slow and Steady.

I truly believe start your day with the energy as you mean to carry on throughout your day.

If you get up and rush around in a stressed state, that's how your day will continue.

Quiet a few years ago I realised this, so I consciously decided to choose easy mornings, to carve out time for myself, to breathe, to connect, to have sacred me time.

Some mornings this looks like meditation to sit in stillness and solitude.
Some mornings its self healing allowing Spirit to guide and work through me.
Some mornings its self healing with Reiki.
Some mornings it's laying crystals on my body.
Some mornings its Drumming (or other sound healing)
Some mornings its earthing and grounding (placing the soles of my feet on the upon the earth)
Some mornings I walk the land.
Some mornings I simply sit and observe the kangaroos and wild life.
Some mornings I go up and visit my loved ones.
Some mornings I sit in my power (Mediumship practise)
Some mornings I admire the sun rising.

This morning I placed the soles of my feet on the trunk of the almighty Eucalyptus Tree named Burt.
I thought I may receive a chanelled message but instead I was called to simply look up.
Above me flitting around were many sweet little wrens, flitting around, tweeting their bird song.
I sat in the pure delight of the moment witnessing them and hearing them.

Had I of walked past this tree I would have missed this wonderful experience, we miss so much in the rush of the day.

We are here to experience and enjoy, sadly many miss these utter magical moments of connection.

Slow down to truly experience.

Bird song is heaven sent when you spend the time to truly tune in to listen you will feel your frequency raise, you will feel the love and bliss that fills your whole being, you will feel your spirit uplift.
All from slowing down, tuning in, connecting and witnessing.
Such a blessing.
Start your day as you mean to go on.

This morning I captured the sunrise.
It reminded me of the Divinity within.
Within all living beings.
Within all of nature.
Within all wildlife.
Divinity surrounds us.
Divinity is within us.
You are the Divine.

Such a beautiful Soulful evening.
Such beautiful Souls.
Such beautiful Sound Journeys.

I feel beyond blessed to witness all that has unfolded over the years in my Sound Healing Sessions.

Each person travels their own unique Sound Journey.

New Healing Activations with the hands being guided by Spirit happening all the time as more Souls awaken, ascend and become open to the unseen realms and willingness to receive.

The energy of last night's session was powerful and intense, felt not only by myself but my guests also.

Every journey unfolds exactly as it is meant to, offering what each person is ready for in that moment.
I trust fully and surrender it into the hands of Spirit.

Much can not be explained in physical words yet there is an inner knowing, a sense of safety, trust and phenomena witnessed and experienced.

I truly believe there is a rememberance of our innate healing gifts which are beginning to come back online.
It brings me such joy and gratitude to witness this.

When sacred space is opened, when Souls are welcomed with pure love, when their light is recognised and honoured anything is possible.

Chilled Organic Rose, Hibiscus honeybush leaf, red clover, cardamom, orange peel, burdock root, dandelion root tea infused with raw honey was served.

I decided it was time for a treat because why not and what better way to spoil your guests.

For three days I kept hearing the same phrase on repeat.

I knew Spirit was trying to get my attention!!

I took time to pause, be still, and listen.

This message came through.

'Changes are afoot'

Approach with an open mind, they will likely be more aligned with who you have become, for you are no longer who you were.

Much is transforming not only in the outer but on the inner also.

These changes are realigning you with who you really are.

In this realignment the old will drop away for you to step into the new.

This will serve the newer version, the authentic version of self.

Ride the winds of change, do not resist, do not cling for what is being brought to you will be grander than you could ever imagine.

As each season brings new life, a new era, see this as you stepping into a new season.

This is not from the old blueprint this is completely new, no need to tread with caution, this is aligned, how could it not fit.
