Ever wondered why your mood feels off after antibiotics? 👀
Research links antibiotic use to long-lasting microbiome disruption, which can affect mental health and resilience.
💚 Your mental health starts in your gut—nourish it daily.

So many women are told to just "push through" these symptoms. That it's just part of being a woman.
But it’s not something you’re meant to suffer through silently.
Your hormones impact every part of your life, from your energy and emotions to your sleep and skin.
🌸 You’re not alone, and you’re not stuck. Hormonal balance is possible. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Antibiotics save lives, but they can also wipe out your gut health. 🦠✨
💊 Take your probiotic a few hours apart from antibiotics.
⏳ After finishing antibiotics, keep taking probiotics for at least 6 weeks—give your microbiome time to recover.
Your gut will thank you! 💚🌱

If something feels off lately — even if you can't explain it — your hormones might be speaking to you.
Here are some gentle signs to pay attention to:
• Irregular or heavy periods
• Fatigue even after sleeping
• Mood swings or irritability
• Low libido or brain fog
• Bloating or unexplained weight changes
These changes aren't random, and they aren’t your fault.
Your body is wise, and it’s always communicating with you.
With the right support, you can find clarity, balance, and relief.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁.
You’ve tried resting, napping, sleeping in… and yet the exhaustion still lingers.
This is the kind of tired that comes from always holding it together. From being the strong one, the reliable one, the one who shows up even when you’re running on empty.
If that’s you, I see you. There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re just depleted, and it’s time for your healing too.
✨ Let’s rebuild your energy gently, naturally, and with compassion. You deserve that.

Burnout isn't just something that happens in your mind.
It shows up in your body too — often in ways that are hard to ignore.
You might be feeling:
• Tired no matter how much you rest
• Moodier than usual
• Bloated or gaining weight, especially around your belly
• Disconnected from your body
• More anxious or forgetful than you’d like
None of this means you're failing.
It means your body has been carrying too much for too long.
You don't have to keep pushing through.
There are gentle, supportive ways to restore your energy and feel like yourself again.
And I’d love to walk that path with you.

If getting out of bed feels harder than ever, or your motivation has vanished, it’s not a character flaw. It’s a nervous system crying out for rest.
Chronic stress pulls your body into survival mode. Burnout is not laziness. It’s a form of depletion.
When your adrenals are tapped out, your energy is no longer accessible. Your body slows you down to protect you.
Recovery starts with permission to rest. Support your healing with mineral-rich foods, gentle rhythms, and less screen time.
❤️ You’re not broken. You’re healing.

Healing isn’t flashy. It’s not a juice cleanse, or a 30-day shred. It’s repeating the same small things — day after day — even when they feel ordinary.
No dramatic detoxes. Just deep nourishment, daily nervous system care, and consistent gut support.
You won’t always feel like it’s working — until one day, you notice: less anxiety, better sleep, steadier energy.
Healing isn’t a sprint. It’s a long, quiet walk back home to yourself.
Like if you’re ready to do wellness differently.

Your 30s: The Decade Your Hormones Ask for Help
Your 30s might still feel “young” but inside, your hormones are already recalibrating. Even if your cycle is regular, shifts in cortisol, thyroid, and blood sugar can start to show up in your mood, energy, and metabolism.
That anxiety or fatigue you can't explain? It's not random. It's your body asking for support.
Caring for your hormones now creates a smoother transition into your 40s and beyond.
Start with blood sugar balance, nervous system care, and replenishing what stress depletes.
✨ You’re not overreacting. You’re finally listening.
Save this for future you or send it to a friend who needs to hear this today.

Your skin is a mirror. Acne, rashes, and irritation often reflect what's happening inside your body — especially your gut, hormones, and stress levels.
Topicals may help symptoms, but root-cause healing asks: Is your digestion supporting detox? Are your hormones cycling properly? Are you inflamed from food or stress?
Skin clarity comes from internal balance — not just skincare routines.
Start with your inner terrain, and your skin will follow.
Share this with someone who’s tired of trying everything for their skin.

If your 40s feel like one long energy slump, it’s not just aging. It’s your hormones shifting in ways you weren’t warned about.
As progesterone and estrogen levels fluctuate in perimenopause, your body starts processing stress, sleep, and metabolism differently.
Mood dips, brain fog, and poor sleep are not just part of getting older. They’re signs of a body in transition.
Support looks like rest, nutrient-dense meals, and nervous system care.
💡 Your body doesn’t need to be “fixed.” It just needs to be supported. Save this if your 40s feel harder than expected or share it with a friend who might relate.

Acne, fatigue, and mood swings in teens aren’t just about hormones. The gut plays a huge role in how teens feel, focus, and function.
Years of stress, antibiotics, and processed food can disrupt the gut microbiome just when their bodies need resilience the most.
Skin issues, anxiety, and low energy are often signs of deeper imbalance.
Small shifts in diet and routine now can set teens up for lifelong wellness.
🧠 Gut health isn’t just adult work. It starts early.

I believe… you can take steps towards improving your health, so you can have the energy and vitality you deserve. It starts with you making the decision to start this journey. Initially its vital to get an accurate picture on what underlying drivers are putting your health out of balance. I believe in treating the whole person, addressing the underlying drivers and treating mind, body and environment.
I understand… what it’s like to have the wheels fall off. To have your life grinding to a halt because of your health. I thought I was invincible and made of stronger stuff. I wanted to do everything and juggle all the balls that life threw at me. But the cracks started to show. I was exhausted, felt miserable and my weight was growing before my eyes. When I was eventually given a Hashimotos diagnosis I had to stop and take a very hard look at myself. Then my own personal journey began, taking very small steps forward to getting my health back on track and feeling on top of the world again.
I can help… by giving you support and expert guidance. I can guide you to take the big steps or little steps to get you back on track. We will make a plan that is designed for you and navigate the obstacles together in reaching your health and wellness goals. My philosophy of care centres on time, compassion, expertise and research. I know that the most valuable things I can offer you are the time to listen to your concerns; compassion in understanding how poor health affects you; and expertise in developing a personalise wellness plan that is based on latest research in the naturopathic field.
