3 simple, high-impact tips you can start today to support your gut:
1. Aim to “eat the rainbow” — colourful fruits, veggies, legumes, and whole grains feed your gut microbes. Variety is key: different fibres nourish different beneficial bacteria.
2. Highly processed foods, artificial sweeteners, and excess sugar can disrupt your gut microbiome’s balance.
3. Your gut and brain are deeply connected. Chronic stress and poor sleep can throw your digestion and microbiome out of sync. Prioritise exercise, deep breathing, gentle movement, or herbal tea before bed to get a good nights sleep.
You’ve carried so much for so long.
And you’ve done it with strength and love.
But that doesn’t mean it hasn’t taken a toll.
This is your reminder that you matter too.
Your health, your joy, your rest… they’re not luxuries. They’re your birthright.
💚 If you’re ready to feel more supported, more grounded, more like yourself, I’d be honored to walk with you on that journey.

Some days you might feel drained — even if nothing dramatic happened.
That tiredness could be from the invisible labor you do every day.
Things like:
• Keeping track of everyone’s schedules
• Cooking, cleaning, planning
• Being the emotional support system for everyone
• Anticipating needs before they’re even voiced
Just because it's unseen doesn't mean it's not real.
You are carrying a lot.
And it's okay to feel tired. It's okay to want rest.
You deserve care too — not only when everything else is done.
You are allowed to put yourself on the list.

Your gut microbiome is more than just bacteria—it’s an organ system we need to respect, just like the heart or brain. 🧠💚
We live in a symbiotic relationship with it: we give it food and a cozy home, and in return, it strengthens our immunity, defends us from bugs and viruses, balances inflammation, and even calms autoimmunity, sensitivities, and allergies. 🌱✨
Taking care of your microbiome = taking care of 𝗬𝗢𝗨.

I believe… you can take steps towards improving your health, so you can have the energy and vitality you deserve. It starts with you making the decision to start this journey. Initially its vital to get an accurate picture on what underlying drivers are putting your health out of balance. I believe in treating the whole person, addressing the underlying drivers and treating mind, body and environment.
I understand… what it’s like to have the wheels fall off. To have your life grinding to a halt because of your health. I thought I was invincible and made of stronger stuff. I wanted to do everything and juggle all the balls that life threw at me. But the cracks started to show. I was exhausted, felt miserable and my weight was growing before my eyes. When I was eventually given a Hashimotos diagnosis I had to stop and take a very hard look at myself. Then my own personal journey began, taking very small steps forward to getting my health back on track and feeling on top of the world again.
I can help… by giving you support and expert guidance. I can guide you to take the big steps or little steps to get you back on track. We will make a plan that is designed for you and navigate the obstacles together in reaching your health and wellness goals. My philosophy of care centres on time, compassion, expertise and research. I know that the most valuable things I can offer you are the time to listen to your concerns; compassion in understanding how poor health affects you; and expertise in developing a personalise wellness plan that is based on latest research in the naturopathic field.
