Cleaning and Maintaining your CPAP Equipment

Maintaining your CPAP equipment will lead to a longer lifespan of your machine and mask, and enhance your therapy long term.

We recommend the following:

Weekly - Wash water chamber, mask and straps.
Rinse tube with water.
Check heating plate.

Monthly - Wash and change filters.
Replace foam cushions if using.

Every 6 months - Dispose of and replace filters.
Consider replacing your mask.
Consider having a review.

Every 12 months - Annual review.
CPAP Deep Clean + equipment check by your technician.
