Hi everyone, my name is Dana, and welcome to Functional Therapy Services' page! Functional Therapy Services (FTS) provides Occupational Therapy (OT) services to Perth, Peel & the Lower Southwest.
At Functional Therapy Services, we prioritise you and what you find meaningful. We recognise that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to people, and we are committed to being client-centered which includes transparency on whether FTS is right for you or connecting you to another provider who may be better suited.
FTS is a team of one, run by a Senior OT with over 6 years of experience as an OT in the NDIS space, and a special interest in supporting adults with disability in their independent living skills, appropriate assistive technology (equipment) and minor home modification needs, and providing high quality NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments.
