As we start to wind down and reflect, we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible office crew and field teams.

To our office staff — the strong coffee's in the morning, late calls, juggling rosters, mobilisations, paperwork, and a hundred moving parts behind the scenes… none of it goes unnoticed. You are the engine room that keeps ORCA moving every single day. 🖥️📞💪

To our field workers (the pod!) — the early starts, long shifts, shutdowns, FIFO swings, heat, dust, pressure and professionalism you bring to site day in and day out is nothing short of outstanding. You represent ORCA with pride, grit and a can-do attitude, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🦺⚙️🔥

This year brought some big wins — moments we’re genuinely proud of — and also some valuable learnings that will only make us stronger. We’ve grown, adapted, and continued to raise the bar together.
Most importantly, we’ve done it as a team.

Today, ORCA Recruitment (Australia) alongside ASSSA had the absolute honour of donating a FULL TRAILER of toys to the The Salvation Army Rockingham🎁🚛

What we witnessed today was pure magic ✨
Smiles. Laughter. Happy tears. Kids full of excitement.
And yes… Santa was there spreading the Christmas cheer 🎅🎄

The Salvos are out there 365 days a year, quietly doing the hard yards for families and individuals doing it tough — and today was a powerful reminder of just how important their work is, especially during the festive season ❤️

We are honestly blown away by the generosity of our sponsors, supporters, partners and community. This toy drive was fueled by big hearts, selfless giving and a shared belief that no child should miss out on the joy of Christmas 🎁✨

💛 A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO THE JOYCE KRANE FAMILY 🎁✨

Yesterday, Harley AND Andre Bucci had the privilege of visiting the Joyce Krane Australia Pty Ltd and their team at their Kewdale depot, catching up with three absolute legends of the crane industry, Trav Harper ,Nick Sputore, and Cameron Waugh.
We left there honestly blown away!

The Joyce Krane team have generously donated $1,000 worth of gifts to our ORCA Recruitment (Australia) Christmas Toy Drive… and this is our biggest donation yet.

What makes this even more special is who it came from. Joyce Krane is a true pioneer of the crane industry — a company with humble beginnings in 1974 that has grown into one of the most respected names in Australia. Their reputation is built on decades of hard work, integrity, and genuine family values that have earned them national respect from everyone in the industry.

So, for a company of that calibre, heritage and heart to support our little Toy Drive in such a massive way… it really means something. It speaks volumes about the character of the Joyce family and the culture they’ve carried since day one.

A massive shoutout to the absolute weapons at KI Training and Assessing - RTO #52593 for donating bags (yep… multiple bags! 😅) of toys to the ORCA Christmas Toy Drive! 🐳❤️

We rolled into the KI Naval Base depot and snapped a pic of Harley and Jenelle surrounded by enough toys to make Santa rethink his workforce planning 🎅📦💥

And as if that wasn’t good enough… we also ran into Kim — always a pleasure and always smiling! 😄✨

The Naval Base depot continues to be an unreal hub offering:

ISO Certification WA are super excited to join forces with ORCA Recruitment (Australia) in the annual Christmas The Salvation Army Rockingham Appeal.

In the month of December 2025, ISO Certification WA and ORCA Recruitment (Australia) will be collecting gifts for children to enjoy a happy Christmas.
