SLOW DOWN
Have you ever noticed it’s the panic about getting everything done and not the doing that actually stresses us?
December can be more like Rushember!
So here’s some tips to help you….
Drop the panic stories rushing around in your head.
It only causes stress and exhaustion.
Refuse to get stuck in thinking too much about everything that needs to be done.
Make a to do list and focus on one thing at a time - ticking each item off as you go.
Share the load, organise, ask for help, delegate.
Don’t allow anything or anyone to steal your peace, including you.
Slow down.
Breathe!
Deep even breaths, 5 times.
Then give yourself a big hug and everyone you love too.
And remind yourself that peace and sharing joy is more important than perfection.
We are all gloriously imperfect.
