Join Dr Kate Baldwin (PhD) and Nick Baldwin at Endurance Movement for this workshop on strength training for endurance athletes. As a researcher in the field and working with endurance athletes, Kate brings a wealth of experience to this essential, yet often misunderstood element of training. During this workshop you will learn how strength training can contribute to your best race day performance and reduce your injury risk, as well as understand how to implement the correct type of strength training for your sport. This will give you some of the tools needed to know how to implement strength training to maximise your performance.
