This week was a real breakthrough for him and heโ€™s absolutely thrilled.

- Muscle mass up โฌ†๏ธ
- Body fat down โฌ‡๏ธ
- Visceral fat down 2 points โฌ‡๏ธ

Louie has been consistently putting in the work, and this week it showed clearly on his body scan. Solid progress. Measurable changes. Results earned the right way.
