訓練由擁有9年以上教授健身經驗的脊醫、高級健身伸展教練及泰拳教練 Vincent LAM 主理，內容廣泛，按照學生個人目標來設計及調整，包括：

1. 重力訓練增肌及修身燒脂塑造肌肉線條，改善肌肉鬆弛
2. 學習基礎健身知識及訓練動作
3. 肌肉伸展及柔軟度改善
4. 處理不正確姿勢及痛症等問題
5. 肌肉平衡及協助性訓練
6. 正確針對個別身體部位訓練
7. 健體泰拳燒脂塑身
8. 訂立可行目標，定期檢測及評估進度
9. 營養，飲食及身體狀況評估及建議
10. 個人健身計劃設計
