No post comp blues here 🥰
It’s three weeks since comp and I honestly feel pretty damn good. Don’t get me wrong, I have moments but I had set myself goals for post comp for work and personal life and honestly I feel like that has helped, not to mention documenting it all in my broadcast channel.
Body is changing by the day and I’m so ok with it. New program I am loving and while mentally I want to send it the body is still very much recovering. I’m wiped by 7pm 🥱
It’s the small things like having the brain power to hold a conversation (and not just nod and say yes or no 🤪) learning and actually retaining information, socialising with friends and hanging out with the fam and not time watching has been bliss oh and I haven’t set my alarm once this week and waking naturally
Will be checking in on my broadcast channel today and sharing a heap more on there re health, training, food, and all things navigating post comp and beyond ✌🏼
