Anyone else feeling unmotivated this week?? Even getting up in the morning has been a struggle for me for some reason. Been back at the gym about 6 weeks now and it’s been great and I’m getting stronger but this week, ahhh, not so great. Wasn’t “feeling it”. I went regardless (thankfully) because we all know we can’t rely on motivation to get us to the gym. It’s habit habit habit. Or is that repetition repetition repetition?🤔
