They say the week after Australia Day is when the year truly starts for us down under! So if you've been a little more social and less focused on your goals so far this year, don't be hard on yourself. You've given yourself the rest you needed.

As we get closer to the start of February, take the time to think about your wishes and dreams and start to take small actions each day to help you get there. Small daily micro-actions help build up your momentum and at the end of each month you'll see significant progress.

There are so many benefits of consuming lemons 🍋

They support cardiovascular health, help with weight management, help prevent kidney stones, improve your digestion, and so much more.

Lemons are high in Vitamin C, fibre, B Vitamins, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and iron.

One of the easiest ways to get more lemon into your diet is to start the day with warm water with half a squeezed lemon before food and coffee. This will help promote and improve your digestion for the day.
