Hip hip hooray!

Hoping this update finds everyone safe and well in this bubble called WA that we are so lucky to live in right now. Good news! I have managed to rent back my old room at Bayswater Physiotherapy so I can safely treat all of my valued patients who have been patiently waiting for Equilibrium Clinical Massage to resume! I will be tqking appointments Fridays from 8-2 commencing this Friday 11/9. Call, text or pm to book your appointment! I have a large backlog of waitlisted patients so your patience is appreciated. It has been a while between posts peeps as I have been setting up a new clinic location and was about to announce it. Sadly though, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, ECM will close until the danger has passed. Look after yourselves and your loved ones, practice social distancing to flatten the curve and make sure you do your stretches and at-home self care exercises to keep those muscles balanced until I can get my hands on you! I will announce on this page as soon as I am able to start taking bookings and regular patients will receive a text or email to let them know. Stay safe everyone! Kris 😊

Winding up my day with some admin and reflecting on how I love what I do and the diversity of the people and pathologies I treat. Today I treated an equestrian's shoulder injury, unwound a tired working mum's jammed up neck, soothed a long term patient's (who is fighting cancer) sore legs and hips, prepped one of my iron men for next week's Busselton Ironman event and de-stressed a tightly wound teen in the midst of exams. Such a rewarding day. Peace peeps. 😊

This is how I have spent my weekend peeps...in an amazing upper body assessment and orthopedic pain management training seminar with my guru James Waslaski from the US! Incredible knowledge and his methodology has completely tranformed how I practice as a clinical remedial therapist. This training will give me more confidence in treating complex shoulder and cervical pathologies. Come at me with your ouchies! 😍😍😍
