This is how I eat 80% of the time, it doesn’t mean I’m a ‘health’ freak that’s scared of a naughty treaty!!… What’s not pictured that I’ve had just in the last week:
A whole pizza to myself 🍕
3 piece feed from KFC for the first time in a year 😂 (period craving - instant regret) 🍗
1/2 block Dubai chocolate in 2 days 🍫
A LOT of gluten (I’m intolerant 🫠)
The fridge and pantry doors have honestly been on a swivel.
From that around 2kg excess fluid is showing up on the scales, how do I know it’s not fat? I don’t, but I do know my body, and after 48 hours back on whole foods I generally will flush that out and be back to my regular weight range!
Do I have guilt around eating those things? In the past yes.. Now? Nope. I just go back to my regular way of eating!
I don’t view how I eat as a diet, or restrict anything - I just know how good food makes me feel ✅
