✨ Our pets love healing too ✨

Over the weekend, I had the joy of exploring animal healing in the Genova Frequencies Animal Healing Workshop!

This is Sahara, my 11-year-old rescue cat 🐾💗

She wakes me at 5:15am, even on Saturdays! She loves to curl up on my lap and put her paw on my hand, adores head kisses, and has the most fierce “don’t mess with me” face when I dare move her from her cozy spot.

Like many pets, Sahara feels anxious—loud noises and strangers unsettle her. Following the workshop, I gave her a healing session… she curled up, showed me her belly, and drifted into the deepest, snoring sleep. 💤 Since then, she’s been extra smoochy, less focussed and calmer with outside sounds. As long as she’s happy to receive the healing, I’ll continue to work with her!

Our pets carry energy just like we do—and they thrive when we support their healing. I’m so excited to begin offering pet healing sessions soon. ✨🐾

What a beautiful weekend of connection and healing!

I had one of my incredible Inherited Release Method (IRM) clients this weekend, witnessing her shifts and growth between sessions is just amazing. It’s so inspiring to hear her vision deepen each session.

IRM works with ancestral, generational, and self-experienced trauma, blending a powerful combination of techniques including Kinesiology, Kundalini Activation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Reiki. We identify where the trauma is being held within the body, uncover the emotions and limiting beliefs attached to it, and support the body in releasing what is no longer serving you.

Another amazing Genova Frequencies, remote quantum healing report delivered. The feedback I received truly touched me heart — knowing the insights resonated so deeply is super rewarding. These reports are layered, detailed, and sometimes introduce people to completely new concepts. Witnessing how it unfolds, and integrates over time… that’s the real magic.

Honestly, I’m slightly obsessed with this work – these remote quantum healings are out of this world 😉
