Commencing 13 October 2-5pm, Cleopatra St, last circle 8 Dec.
Bookings are essential and places are limited to 8 women (18yrs+)
Herbal/tea/coffee & light afternoon tea is included.
This is a "closed circle" which means once the first of the five circles begins, no one else can join the group. This is to create a safe and confidential container, where each woman feels seen, heard, understood, validated, supported and held emotionally/energetically. A commitment to all eight sessions is preferred.

We have worked deeply on healing intergenerational trauma, the coping mechanisms and negative core beliefs which no longer served her, replacing them with connection to her inner child, her authentic truth, empowerment from love energy, not fear and more recently balancing the feminine and masculine energies within her. All this has been integrating and showing up as transformation in herself, her relationships to others, her business, money, parenting and her sense of inner peace and wholeness.
