I am a qualified and experienced Kinesiologist, a Reiki Master, an Access Bars Consciousness Facilitator and a Past Life Regression Practitioner. My work is holistic and I have a real passion for self-healing, growth and transformation. In order to make you experience some profound shifts, I treat the root of the issue instead of the symptoms. During my session when needed, I use muscle testing to

access any information locked in the subconscious that needs to be released. I also use different tools such as aura realignment, chakra healing, flower essences, DoTERRA essential oils, sound healing, stress release and age recession to balance every aspect of someone’s being.

🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘

Alors on me dit : pourquoi la Roumanie ?

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while since I last posted here. I wanted to share that Arielle Kinesiology has evolved and will be transitioning into something fresh in the coming weeks. My journey through illness in France has led me to a new perspective and my healing practice will take a new turn.

When I decided to move back to France, I had no idea what the universe had planned for me!
While I do face some tough days, I truly believe everything will fall into place, and I hope my story will inspire many of you along the way.

So here I am, a year later—after two major pleura surgeries, a respiratory system functioning at only 40%, losing 13 kg from my already tiny body, and facing a diagnosis of stage 4 breast cancer that was causing my body to react like never before… I am very grateful to be alive!

So… stay tune and I will be in touch very soon 🩵

It’s been months since I stepped away from the business of the world. Since moving back to France it feels like I’ve crossed so many dimensions.

But here I am, making a return at my own pace. Sharing my journey today would be a lot to expose, so I will keep it light 😊

Who hasn’t often heard this wise advice: “Cherish the little things”.

While I used to grasp this concept intellectually, my recent battle with a major health issue has allowed me to genuinely appreciate in my heart the value of life’s small joys, transforming daily moments into treasures.

I am thankful that this challenge has offered me a fresh perspective on what truly matters. I feel lucky enough to have the right people around me, the ones who truly care and how the natural selection works.

People will come and go but the true ones, with pure intention will always be there, through life’s ups and downs. My advice to you: surround yourself with the real ones, because they’re the priceless one’s of our journey!

So… let’s take a moment to breathe, appreciate, and celebrate the small pleasures that make each day special.

Remember, it’s often the little things that turn ordinary days into extraordinary memories! 😍

Yesterday marked my 55th birthday… BTW these flowers were delivered on behalf on my amazing children 💓 Who would have thought it would be an unexpected turning point in my life! Who would have imagined that the events of the month before would bring such a profound change?
On November 17th, I was hospitalised in Paris due to a double pleurisy. Coincidentally or maybe just as a synchronicity, that same day, my beautiful son was arriving in Paris from Australia. We had been looking forward to three weeks of vacation together. Little did we know the turn our holiday would take.
From being diagnosed with a double pleurisy which is fluid accumulating between the pleura and the lung, I had to have emergency surgery on the right lung. Despite of the efforts to drain the fluid, it continued to reaccumulate uncontrollably.
I spent 5 days in intensive care, lost 10kgs, had to have the left lung drained again and then I went home.
I was sooo lucky to have my son by my side the all time… words can’t describe my gratitude, not to mention my daughter’s support from the other side of the world 💖 Nothing went as planned but we managed to spend a full week together after I got out of the hospital 🙏 through this challenge, we even got closer to each other.
It’s not easy to tell my story and exposing my vulnerability but I believe it’s necessary. The glossy picture sometimes gets messy and blurry and there is a reason for it.
The massive challenge I am now going through is teaching me so much about myself, the breast cancer I am facing and the deep lessons I have ignored since my first diagnosis 9yo. BUT because I’m a warrior at heart I KNOW I will be alright.
Patience, compassion, self-love, forgiveness are the key ingredients for my full recovery ✨💖✨

Don’t be mistaken by the smiles even though they are smiles of happiness… to be reunited with my beautiful son 🩵
I thought today, I would share a different story, away from the bling bling and sometimes forced happiness that gets shared on social media.
On last Sunday… the same day my son was landing in Paris to spend 3 weeks with me, I was admitted to the hospital… in Paris.
What a synchronicity 🤷🏻‍♀️
When he booked his ticket months ago, little did we know this would happen.
A month ago, I started noticing my breathing was changing. I’ve never had any lungs or breathing issues, so for me it was something unusual.
I started tuning in and as days went by, I had this feeling of loosing strength, energy, capacity of thinking and, my breathing was becoming heavier and heavier.
Two weeks ago, I took myself to the emergency ward at the hospital in Poitiers and even though they did an X-ray and noticed some fluid in my lungs, they let me go home… yes they did… completely minimising what was going on.
My body started breaking even more down to the point where I couldn’t lie down, sleep, breathe and I seriously thought my time was up.
To cut a long story short, I was admitted to a different hospital in Paris when they realised I had 2L of fluid in each lung, which is called in the medical world pleurisy.
TWO litres!!! WTF…
They drained the fluid out and finally I was becoming alive again.
If it wasn’t for the strong network of friends, family on both continents, energy healers, the team at the hospital and… my awareness… who knows what would have happened to me.
In summary, don’t take life and people for granted.
Life is precious, temporary, nothing is ever certain and one thing is sure: we control nothing even when we think we do!
Love yourself enough to be your own priority, cherish the people that count in your life, again and again.
Never give up on yourself 💕💕

Working late at night next to the fire place on my new online program coming soon… with a little assistant called koshka. I’m looking after him whilst his « mum » is on holiday and he’s so naughty… OMG. He’s actually a good case study 😅

You maybe guessed… or not but this new program is about humans/animals relationship and I will tell you more about it very soon.

I’m so excited… it has been on my wishing/goal list to get online and have my own program but until now my kinesiology was taking up all my time and… I was waiting for the right inspiring teaching to come through.

Well, it is coming to life very soon 🤩

There is more work to do that I can’t even call work as I’m so passionate about it.

Have an amazing weekend 🌻

"If I Had My Life To Live Over

I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner, even if the carpet was stained and the sofa faded.

I would have eaten the popcorn in the "GOOD" living room.

And worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.

I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.

I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.

I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.

I would have sat on the lawn with my children and not worried about grass stains.

I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.

I would have gone to bed when I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if I weren't there for the day.

I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment realizing that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.

When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, "Later. Now go get washed up for dinner."

There would have been more "I love you's" ..., more "I'm sorry's" ...,

But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute ..., Look at it and really see it, Live it .... and never give it back."~

So… I swapped my rubber boots for more trendy sneakers, left my cottage and animals and I took off to Paris for the day.

Something that was straight forward to organise turned out to be more of a challenge to get there… so… I had to put my resilient cap on.

First I missed my train… had to buy a new ticket… tripped over on the stairs… only my ego got hurt.

Once I sat on the train, I realised the battery of my phone didn’t charge in the car… I only had my cable, not the full charger.

I asked the lady sitting next to me if I could borrow her charger… she said yes but she was Canadian and something wasn’t working some how.

I arrived one hour late in Paris with a flat phone so I couldn’t take too many pics…nearly missed my appt but I didn’t care because I was so lucky to be there… felt like a tourist… seized the day and I even enjoyed a yummy crêpe on the street.

The moral of the story is: don’t let situations out of your comfort zone turn you off as there is always an opportunity to learn and enjoy whatever is coming your way 😊

At 94 years old, Clint Eastwood, the iconic actor, has shared one of the most valuable insights he has learned throughout his life, directed towards the younger generations.

Although I am four decades younger than him, his words resonate deeply with my own experiences and current phase in life.

In a society dominated by consumerism and superficiality, there are countless treasures that money simply cannot buy—such as health, love, genuine connections, cherished memories, and joy, among many others.

So, let’s take a moment to appreciate the simple joys life offers and express our gratitude for them, time and time again 🙏🏼🌈

As we’re slowly entering the autumn season in France, I just wanted to do a ritual of gratitude for nature’s treasures and thank her for the endless gifts she has to offer.

In my case, it has been nearly a year of getting ready for 2 trips and mostly looking after my health… in between, so I have been out and about… a lot feeling exhausted and very ready to slow down and to go within.

Winter is the time to withdraw, to sleep more, to spend time indoors, to recover and to recharge.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨?

To be steady while the world spins around you. To act without frenzy. To hear only what needs to be heard. To possess quietude - exterior and interior - on command.

Stillness is a quiet moment when inspiration hits you. It’s that ability to step back and reflect. It’s what makes room for gratitude and happiness. It’s one of the most powerful forces on earth.

In this ever growing busy world, stillness is going to become the new and only way to find balance, to be grounded and, to listen to our inner voice so often dismissed.

“That quiet feels so unnatural is a sign of its importance. Seize it. We can’t be afraid of silence, as it has much to teach us. Seek it.”

If you struggle to get out of your old habits, if you feel like you’re in a spirale of constant business, get in touch with me. I will be more than happy to help you find what is stopping you to find stillness.

Today, I want to introduce Adène, the sweetest Beagle with a heartwarming story! 🐾

She was rescued 2 years ago from a forest by my friend… abandoned, skinny and scared. Lucky her, she found her forever home. She had to learn to trust again even if today her trauma is still there.

When I met Adène a month ago, she welcomed me with an open heart and it was love at first sight. Ever since, we go for daily long walks in nature as I believe it is one of many ways to nourish our souls.

It always amazes me how animals give unconditionally even when they’ve been mistreated and betrayed. Adène’s journey reminds us that kindness and patience can mend even the deepest wounds. So, let’s cherish the moments of love and trust as we learn from our furry friends!

Did you know that this sweet breed is a breed of choice for testing in laboratories because of their friendly and docile nature? It makes my blood boils when I think about it 🥹

Let’s raise awareness and spread love for these beautiful animals ❤️🐾

Are you a victim or taking responsibility for the circumstances in your life?

Did you know that 97% of the world is in victim mode? It is a fact that if you’re not 100% at responsibility, you’re at victim.

When in victim, there is no growth or solution to any problem, so this is why it’s so important for us all to get into responsibility.
Of course you can’t always control what happens in your life.
You can however choose what do to with it, how you react, your attitude, the meaning of it and what you do next.

Let’s explore the victim mode or the stuck state:
When something happens to you and not for you, you acknowledge that thing, it then puts you at victim. You’re pretty much powerless to do anything. But when something happens, and you ask: how did I make that happen, or how am I responsible for this? That question helps you find the cause, which then helps you to change the behaviour.

If you constantly blame someone or something else for your pain, you literally become powerless to do anything about it. This is called living in victim.
If we fall in victim of others, there is no growth and no solution.
Moving from victim to responsible can be a confronting and challenging process but it’s the key to personal freedom.

Being at responsibility or being at flow is the energy of empowerment, the energy of driving the bus. Think about it, when you’re the passenger, you have zero control over the destination and the itinerary… being at responsibility is being in charge of your mind and therefore in charge of your results… it is also looking for solutions instead of looking for excuses or focusing on problems… in other words, it is moving forward. Once you move from victim to responsibility, you can then move onto the solution and this is when life is starting to shift, things are beginning to move.

The day I fully embraced my responsibilities, my life took a complete different turn and within 6 months I was back to France starting a new life.

If I can do it… anyone can, so start today, start now because if you don’t do it for yourself, nobody will 🌸
