With the business of life and all the things, it’s easy to lose touch with your own rhythms, what's of value and simply to be able to breathe.

The Emflowerment Club is a kinda sanctuary for those who know they need to regroup, replenish and shift things up. A place where working with flower healing, journaling, and creative expression can be a guide you back to
basics.

If you’re tired of feeling like something is missing, or find yourself resisting the change of slowing down, The Emflowerment Club will show you and help you restore, no matter how busy life gets.

: Join us this Wednesday at 7pm for our next Emflowerment Club call! This month’s theme is all about rest.

We’ll be weaving in the gentle energy of Crowea, (below) a flower that invites rest from worry and overthinking, especially if you find yourself processing things before they actually happen.

This way of process is a coping strategy, one that can drain your energy and cloud your perspective. It can be and feel exhausting. When you become aware and know how to shift this, you can gain time and energy back and channel this into areas and even people that mean the most to you.

Crowea is known for its ability to calm nervous tension and settle scattered, restless thoughts. Working with this flower, we’ll explore ways to release mental noise, and reclaim real rest

On Wednesday, we’ll dive into practical ways Crowea can help us:
🌻 Unplug from habitual worry
🌸 Gently redirect anxious energy
🌻 Create pockets of rest, no matter how busy life gets

We use loads of tools in our sessions, including journaling. Here’s a prompt to try now: What worries or restless thoughts feel hardest to put down lately?

If you’re curious about how nature’s wisdom can support you, and how flower energy is a thing that can gift you insights in deep and life changing ways, hop on our email list for details about Wednesday’s call: https://www.subscribepage.com/theemflowermentclub

I would love to see you there!

We have only 3 spots left!

When you're moving through deep change, trauma, or are on the healing life path, Flower Essences and Flower Therapy support and subtly and powerful shift and soothe the mind, body and heart.

If you’ve been longing to try something different, that's more mainstream, and may awaken insight, gift some down time and totally enmesh you in nature come and explore.

I've been facilitating healing with flowers as a Flower Therapist for over 10 years, witnessing how flowers gently support our healing journey. They can lift us out of the s**t and also bring the calm and reason when we need it most. They can break down old beliefs and open inner doors, bringing in opportunity and confidence.

Their energy works in subtle, transformative ways, helping us find clarity when we need it most.

Collaborating with Cath Inman of Garden of Weaving, one of Perth’s most talented and renowned weaving artists makes this even more powerful and profound.

We’ve created a workshop that blends the healing power of flowers with the art of weaving. You’ll be guided to channel your feelings and intuition into a living flower mandala created by you for you.

This workshop is perfect if:

Last week was a whirlwind of celebration, capped off by an incredible Bush Foods Workshop facilitated by Dale Tilbrook from Maalinup Gifts and Nursery on Mandoon Estate and the Bangarra Dance Theatre.

Dale is an inspiring facilitator whose passion for native bush foods and her culture is truly inspiring. Her deep knowledge made the experience so enjoyable.

Bush foods are becoming increasingly popular, and I highly recommend visiting Dale for her wisdom, stories, and to pick up some bush food plants like Warrigal Greens, Salt Bush, Finger Lime, and Geraldton Wax (which is edible, by the way). The link you need is below.

Bodhi and I were also fortunate to see Bangarra Dance Theatre’s “Illume” at the Heath Ledger State Theatre.

This powerful contemporary performance is a true celebration of Indigenous culture, weaving together dance, storytelling, and an awesome production that ignited so much hope.

Hope for future generations - it was truly mindblowing and I feel so incredibly lucky to see it. It was all so powerful considering this years NAIDOC theme (50th year) “The Next Generation, Strength, Vision and Legacy’ It truly inspired so much - I was deeply touched by it.

If you get the chance to see “Illume,” don’t miss it.

After a few days knocked out by the flu, it felt amazing to get out despite the weather last weekend!

Hubs and I began at the Art Gallery of WA for our friend Maxxi May’s Re-PLAY exhibition. Maxxi is one of the hardest working artists I know. Her vibrant, quirky installations bring pure inner child joy, they're always so fun and always make you smile. She is incredibly clever.

On Sunday we experienced the Great Kimberley Wilderness VR at the Maritime Museum, a stunning 35-minute journey through immersive landscapes, rock art, waterfalls and sacred sites.

It was truly special.

Another event you may want to go to ... One I'm also super excited, our Flower Healing Weaving Mandala Workshop in Kalamunda is filling fast. Only 5 spots remain for August 31st at 10 am.

Come and play and create, connect with flowers, and explore yourself in a deep and magical way!

This is the last call if you want to jump in and join us for our very first Emflowerment Club call. It's been a huge week in clinic which I will share on our call. Lots of groovy synchronicities.

I will post another reminder tonight. I am so excited for this!!

Online in the comfort of your own home. The space to access that inner wisdom, or simply relax with no demands. A space to rest the heart and mind.

Emflowerment means connecting to the self and also nature - it's one of my catch cries when you find yourself in the midst of life changes, or just working through solutions to life's quandaries, flowers and nature can and does act as a bridge to finding not just the positive yet taking ownership of what you might need to accept or integrate when this is done - Emflowerment (Empowerment) ensures.

Our June theme is Self Empowerment, we will access the wisdom and messages flower energy brings. Awakening this further with journal writing, and drawing to support you to bring in your connection and gift you the best of what they have to offer.

The voice for the flowers and nature has been pushing to me own this pathway for years and now it is finally come to fruition. What better way to access your wisdom than to be guided in kahoots with the flowers, in your own home. A natural connection that's easy to access when you know how.

Jump on the call email - the link is below and I will see you tomorrow night 25th June at 7pm! I have no doubt you will just love it!

- There’s so much shifting and changing at the moment - hence shifting and expanding what we’re offering here at Silverdale.

The Emflowerment Club has been in the works for what feels like an eternity, and our first one is on this coming Wednesday night! All online and free to come and play.

Much of the work we do here is to support others to connect to themselves and to their inner world. To find relief and comfort. If anything I’ve learned over few years that connecting within supports all things in life.

Lately I’ve been using to move myself out of my comfort zone. It’s been a fresh breath of air moving into places and finding a sense of knowing of what works and what doesn't sit right. Sometimes you can only access and find this through doing.

Through working with the flowers and also creating journaling prompts that can access wisdoms and also insights you can use to move forward, detach and find that sometimes illusive sense of knowing, which I have come to understand can hit deeper that being in “alignment”.

Sometimes we just need to write out on a page, in a full unconscious flurry or through bullet points. It can be so liberating to make the internal dialogue external and from there you can map out where you want to be, how you want to feel or let go of what no longer works.

It can move you out of old habits, without berating or self judgment and criticism, and allow new perspectives and ways to meet them.

There’s no rush with this type of inner exploration. It helps to move you forward and release that inner relationship to find self belief and start to take ownership and release the ways you may have underestimated yourself. Self Belief is a biggy!

From here your external world can change. It can shift and you can start to attract opportunities and people who can support a new identity. This is very powerful work.

Hence why we’re creating The Empowerment Club.

We work directly with the flowers, nature, and journal prompts to bring in the wisdom and affirm what you may already know and integrate this into your mind and heart. Even let go of what you know holds you back.

We’ve been doing this for years and now packaged this into a new free offering that is inclusive, supportive and fun!

We can hold our sense of confusion, pain or even grief and still find the light amongst the darkness. This is the point and this is the space created to do this.

It's all online so you can sit in your favourite place and connect away. Our first Club meeting is on Wednesday 25th June 7 pm.
