You don’t just change physically.
You lose the version of you that doubted herself.
You lose the version of you that thought you were stuck, where you are, forever.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This work — the training, the planning, the consistency — it doesn’t just shape your body. It shapes you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You start showing up differently. With more energy. More confidence. More belief in yourself. And it spills over into every part of your life, not just the gym.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s the part I loved most when i started my journey and committed to my health and wellbeing, all those years ago.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While I went on to compete, I would have achieve this change with or without the stage.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
14 shows later, i never regret that decision. I don’t regret any part of that journey, who i became or what i learned about myself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It opened a door to a life long journey of growth and learning and that mindset continues to serve me in every new phase of my life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love this about the work that i do coaching as well, in both competition prep with my athletes, and the goals my lifestyle clients set. Watching someone put their life together in the way they want it to look, grow more confidence in themselves, and start to feel fit, strong and healthy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t need to turn into someone new.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You just need to uncover the version of you that’s already there.

✨ Client Spotlight: Chloe ✨

I’ve absolutely loved working with my client — and our amazing wellness coach — Chloe through her postpartum journey.

Chloe is now 6 months into mum life and has done such a great job adjusting to life as a new mum. Together we’ve worked on making sure she’s eating enough to fuel:
💪 Her training sessions
🍼 Busy days as a mumma
🌙 Nights of broken sleep
🚚 And being baby Bean’s personal meal truck!

We’ve also carefully created a training plan that fits her schedule and goals — while adjusting expectations now that she has a tiny human to care for.

This transformation is close to my heart. 🫶🏼
As a mum in my early years of motherhood myself, I know all too well the challenges of finding time to care for ourselves — especially with a small support network and the demands of being a working mum.

Chloe, you’ve shown so much dedication, grace, and strength in this season. I’m so proud of you. 💜

First session of 2025 - a leg day of course

I’ve actually managed 4 sessions this week so far. And I feel great 🙏🏼 a good week for me!

For those following along, I haven’t spent a lot of time on socials in 2024. Life was really busy. It was a challenging year for me. I will talk more about the year that was soon.

I juggled motherhood, business, injury after injury, burnout x 2, a flooded house, a spider infestation, multiple hospital visits for Demi, a baby that doesn’t sleep, and Luke posted at Rottnest for work for 8 weeks. For all of the year last year I managed this with no extra hands to help. But I made it.

On top of this we had people we thought were supposed to love and support us, actively make things so much harder for us, it hurt our brand new little family, a lot.

But I showed up. I showed up as a mother, I followed my heart and did what I knew was best for her, despite the judgment, the push back and other well meaning advice.
I’ve done the work on myself, all year, to show up as the best mum I can for her.

I showed up as a friend, a partner, a daughter, a sister … as best I could.

I poured my heart and soul into my little family, and my team and clients. I showed up as a coach. I gave all I had to them. Many evenings over the year spent supporting clients, and almost weekly a night or two I missed being part of my baby girls bedtime routine. I’ve done my absolute best to show up for my team, albeit imperfect at times … sleep deprived, stressed, broken hearted.

I gave 2024 everything I had.

Amongst all the grey clouds of the year, it was the most beautiful year of my life as I watch my baby girl growing into the most incredible little human. She’s so smart, and cheeky, and excited. I am so fkng lucky to be her mumma.

I watched my clients as they did things they never thought they could, as they changed, or as they had moments where they realised what they had actually achieved. I watched them learn to back themselves, love themselves more, and want more for themselves.

I learned many lessons. I will share soon

2025, I start as the newest version of myself, but more myself than ever. I’m excited to see what I can make of it ❤️

A little bit of life lately…

My baby girl just turned one. 1️⃣

I got to the gym twice in the last 3 days despite Demi being a little under the weather again which is a huge win for me.

We have a couple of new athletes joined the team and a few team members well into a pre prep now.

I’ve managed to avoid a surgery this year which I’m relieved about. Luke and I have had a challenging year and we prefer not to load anything else onto our plate for the rest of 2024. 💁🏼‍♀️ Little Winnie also narrowly avoided surgery 🙏🏼

I am still learning … how to balance mum life and biz life … and fit myself in, it’s a slow process, I’ve feel like I’ve got a lot wrong, but I feel like I’ve got more right lately. You can’t rush something that you want to last forever.

I was dissapointed by a few people this year, very dissapointed. But it reminded me yet again of how lucky we are to have the incredible circle of people around us that we do, people that are also good for Demi.

I’m really excited for the rest of this year as I get better at this mumpreneur gig, nourish the new relationships that parenthood has gifted us with, and I’m excited for 2025 as I have big goals and dreams for the year.

For the first time in a long time … I’m really excited for Christmas .. and how magical it’s going to feel for Demi. 🫶🏼

I’m slowly trying to get back onto socials a bit more, but I’ve made no secret about the fact that my family and my clients are my priority right now.

I am opening up some seats on the team, for both lifestyle and comp prep, so drop me a message if you’d like to find out more. 🙏🏼

I don’t post on here a lot lately, for a few reasons but mainly because life’s been busy. I’m a working mum. I run the business and taking care of my clients will always come before posting, care for our beautiful baby girl, maintain our home, do most of our life admin, still trying to work out where I fit in all of this.

Today I’m heading out to the to support my athletes and in their competition debut . I couldn’t be prouder of them and am so excited to watch them today.

Right now im gathering myself together to leave the house, getting in some last minute cuddles and kisses with my squish. This is the longest I’m going to have been away from her today and it’s such a mixed feeling. I wish I could take her with me, and I’m going to miss her cuddles today .. but I’m also so excited to immerse myself back into the competition scene. My first comp attendance since having bubba girl.

Still working out what merging these two worlds is supposed to look at feel like.

Looking forward to seeing everyone strut their stuff today. 🙌🏼

After all these years asking mumma clients to try find some time for themselves … I can finally say .. I haven’t changed my opinion.

Harder right now, but more important than ever.

My essentials stack , pre, during and post pregnancy.

Switch Protein - plant based and gentle on my tummy. While I was pregnant it helped me keep my protein intake up as I became a little funny about meat.

Switch Vitality - for my gut health.

Switch Collagen - supports skin, bones, connective tissue.
I take it still to help support this tired mummas skin.

**** Always discuss supplements with your treating doctor before taking during preconception, pregnancy and post partum/breast feeding. I had these looked at by my treating doctor and ok’d for my personal health plan.***

Entering my boss mama era. 👩🏼‍💻

When you’re not sure if you can achieve something … remember ..

There’s people who will tell you that you can’t.

And then there’s those that ask you what are you waiting for. Stay close to these people. ❤️

I don’t want to raise a daughter who will allow other people to convince her that their limitations are her own.

Juggling mum life and biz is hard.

But I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
I love being a coach and, and I love being Demi’s mum ❤️

I have days where I feel like I’ve really got my s**t together and I’m doing really well. And I have days where I feel like I’m failing at all of it.

The hours I work each day look very different now. I am up early so that I can at least have a coffee and a shower before Luke leaves for work. And then I work very early in the morning, again during the day when Demi goes down for a nap - if she naps, and then in the afternoon when Luke gets home from work. Anything that didn’t get done I do on the weekends.

Today, my T-shirt is covered in spit up, but I have manage to put a little bit of make up on… which makes me feel nice.

Now that I’ve been cleared to return to lifting, I’m trying to learn where I can fit that into my day as well.

Part of what I do involves me leading by example. And right now that looks like showing up. When sleep has been hard to come by, when I haven’t had a minute to myself, when I feel like I’m failing, when my hair looks terrible, when I’m not sure what to do next, when I feel like I’m not enough.

I still show up and give everything I’ve got - it all gets done, albiet.. at times… imperfect. And I welcome the lessons that come along with this new chapter. I’m learning to be more flexible, more resilient and more selective about where I invest my time and who I invest my time in.
I am prioritising my health even more, and learning more self compassion.

Any tips for mums and business owners trying to do it all … 👇🏼

These two beauties hitting the stage today at the comp.

Our final comp for the season.

athletes have been competing the last 3 weekends.
This is Diana’s 3rd comp of her first season competing l, and Ivana’s first comp, second season competing.

Both girls have been amazing to work with, have been incredibly coachable and willing to do what’s needed to achieve the result. And to top it all off they have both maintained a positive attitude and mindset throughout their prep.

Supported backstage by team athlete and ambassador today.

I couldn’t be prouder.

Wishing you both an incredible day 🙏🏼❤️

Meet Athlete:

Tammy started working with me a little over a year ago. She came to me frustrated, disheartened, with gut health issues, restrictive nutrition, and over training a little.

I have been excited to share Tammy's journey so far with you all because its a realistic example. This was not an 8 week challenge or a 12 week transformation.
We are a year in... and we're not done yet.

We have worked to together and successfully improved Tammy's gut health - she now eats a variety of foods with no reaction. We have improved her mindset towards nutrition and she is no longer scared of increasing calories and eating more food to fuel her training and build muscle. The best!

Tammy wanted to lean up a bit for our Team Photoshoot, we achieved this and got straight back to work reversing her and into a build phase.

Tammy says that she is in better condition now and feels better now than she did when she was 20 years younger. Amazing. Her confidence has improved, her strength has improved and she is able to balance her social life with her goals.

Tammy:
"𝑰𝒕 𝒊𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒂 𝟏𝟐 𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒛𝒚 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆. 𝑰𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚, 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒉 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒔 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒔 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓."

I'll be sharing more detail on Tammys story on my blog soon.

I think challenges have a time and a place, if they get someone up and moving, or the motivation to get started this is great! But most transformations, improving your health, and sustainable results - require lifestyle change - permanent change, and time.

When you treat yourself better, you feel better, perform better and are capable of amazing things. You are also a better version of yourself to give to others. 💗

Your team is so proud of you Tammylicious! And I am so excited to work with you and watch you continue to grow and smash some goals.
